Who I am

I started my career with Mitchell, Williams, one of the largest law firms in Arkansas. I then became an in-house counsel for some of the largest companies in the United States, including Walmart Stores and The Home Depot. I also served as General Counsel for Anthony Forest Products, Deltic Timber Corporation, and Teck American Incorporated.

In my 37 years as a corporate attorney, I learned how to analyze legal issues and develop practical, effective, and cost conscience solutions. I have always been known for my positive attitude, enthusiasm, and common-sense and pragmatic approach to legal issues.

Following my “retirement,” I was given the opportunity to become an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas Law School. I also found there was a gap in the legal representation of small businesses. Although there are many law firms, there were no firms that specialize solely in small business legal representation. I created my law firm to fill this gap.

If you are a small business owner, or you are thinking about creating a new small business, take advantage of my experience by scheduling a no cost consultation with me to discuss your legal needs and explore potential creative and tailored solutions. I am committed to providing you with precise guidance and effective representation and you will find my legal fees very reasonable.
